User management¶
Registration¶
By default, people cannot create a user account on your site. They must receive an invitation from you.
Use the option on your Admin page to open user registration.
Registration form¶
All users must fill out this form to create an account.
Use this option to add statements from the site library, like:
- Privacy policy
- Terms of Service
- etc.
Validated users¶
Users must validate their email address before using LiberaForms.
Emails are validated when:
- An invitation email address is used to create an account
- User's click on the link sent to them by email
Block and delete¶
Block
A blocked user cannot login and their forms are not public. Nothing is deleted.
When they are unblocked all their forms are restored.
Delete
This deletes everything they have created and uploaded to the site. There is no going back!
