Group permissions

LiberaForms lets you share your form and/or it's answers with other users.

Look for the 'Group permissions' on the form's option page.

Form editors

Sharing the form with other editors can be useful if you work with a team of people.

Let's say there are three different team members each with different responsibilities:

1. Create the form
2. Style the form
3. Revise and publish the form

Transparency helps to work as a team. Editors can see a history of activity in the form's log.

Answers only

Perhaps you need to share only the answers and not the other form permissions.

These 'Readers' can see the answers but cannot edit them.

Readers may 'bookmark' answers. Bookmarks are shared between both Editors and Readers.
