A Privacy statement makes transparent and explicit the life cycle and treatment of your users' data.

Statement library

Admins on the site share the same library of statements.

Statements can be:

• Attached to the New user form (think Terms and conditions)
• Shared with the Editors so they can use and or make a copy for themselves
• Forced on all forms. Editors cannot edit or remove them.
