Privacy wizard
These values define your organization profile, the organization responsible for your installation of LiberaForms and it's data.
Organization name¶
The name is used:
- When you create a statement
- When you force your organization profile on all users
- As part of the link included in the wizard's disclaimer
Privacy policy web page¶
This should be your data protection policy web page. If you do not have one, use your organizations website URL.
This URL is used:
- When you create a statement
- When you force your organization profile on all users
Terms of Service web page¶
Your Terms of Service web page is used as part of the wizard's disclaimer.
If you do not have one, LiberaForms will use your installation's URL.
Contact email¶
An email address for data protection policy enquiries.
The email is used when:
- You create a statement
- You force your organization profile on all users
Share your organization profile¶
By default, users define their own organization profile when using the wizard.
However, when True you force the wizard to use your profile. Users cannot change it.
The disclaimer¶
There is no guarantee that the text generated by wizard is a valid legal text and your users must agree to a dislaimer before using it.
A link to your Terms of Service web page is included in the dislaimer. Your Terms of Service should/could/may .....
